Cancellation policy

  • Order cancellation window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will cancel your order before it ships.

  • After shipment: If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return in accordance with our Cancellation policy . Returns must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20% applies to returned items.

  • Restocking fees:

    • If the order is canceled after it has shipped (i.e., treated as a return), a 20% restocking fee applies.
    • No restocking fee applies to orders canceled before shipment within the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you within 48 hours. You can choose to keep the order or cancel for a full refund before the item ships.

  • Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Shopify Payments.

  • Orders may begin processing quickly; contacting us promptly increases the likelihood we can cancel before shipment.
  • Shipping is available to the United States only; carrier processing times may affect whether a cancellation is still possible.
  • This policy is governed by the laws of Delaware.
