  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other major debit/credit cards; Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (coming later).
  • Processing: Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

4.4 Order Acceptance We may refuse or cancel any order, including for:

  • Errors in descriptions or prices.

  1. Shipping and Delivery 5.1 Shipping Policy See our Shipping Policy for processing times, carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx; LTL for large items), destinations (United States), and delivery estimates (standard 3–5 business days).

5.2 Risk of Loss All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of items to the carrier.

  1. Returns and Refunds See our Return & Refund Policy for the 30-day return window, conditions (unused, original packaging, tags attached), restocking fee (20%), and return shipping (customer pays). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  2. Intellectual Property 7.1 Ownership The Website and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations) are the property of Nordhavenco or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
