- Return Eligibility Customers in the United States may return products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below. We accept returns for both defective/damaged items and change‑of‑mind (non‑defective) items.
3.1 Conditions for Return
- Non‑defective returns (change of mind): Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached, and including all accessories/manuals/free gifts.
- Defective or damaged returns: Accepted regardless of cosmetic condition. Please provide clear photos or videos documenting the defect or damage.
- Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- How to Return 4.1 Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for the return, plus photos/videos for defective or damaged items.
- Change‑of‑mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

- After review, we’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship items back before receiving authorization.
4.3 Prepare Your Return
- Package items securely in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.

4.4 Return Shipping and Label
- You are responsible for obtaining, printing, and paying for the return shipping label. Use a trackable method via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4.5 Return Window for Shipment
- Ship the item within 7 days after receiving return authorization.

- Restocking fee: 25% for change‑of‑mind returns; 0% for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Specific Situations 6.1 Change of Mind (Non‑Defective)
- Eligibility: Item is new, unused, in original packaging with tags; request made within 30 days of receipt.
- Refund: Issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
- Notify us within 30 days of delivery and include photos/videos.
- Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund. No restocking fee applies.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
- Notify us immediately upon receipt.
- Resolution: We will arrange return of the incorrect item and send the correct product. No restocking fee applies.
6.4 Product Never Arrived
- Contact us if your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time (standard 3–5 business days after shipment).
- We will initiate a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6.5 Order Cancellation
- Before shipment: You may cancel for a full refund.
- After shipment: Follow the return process upon receipt. For change‑of‑mind returns, the 25% restocking fee applies.
